JOB SUMMARY: The Human Resources Business Partner will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department in various areas, including new hire onboarding, employee relations, performance management, HR policies, and employee engagement and culture initiatives. This role requires a collaborative approach, working closely with business leaders to understand their objectives and develop HR strategies that align with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, have a thorough knowledge of HR policies and employment laws, and demonstrate the ability to maintain confidentiality.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Partner with business leaders to understand their objectives and develop HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Act as a consultant to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, and organizational development.
- Provide guidance and support to managers in handling employee relations issues, investigations, and conflict resolution.
- Drive the onboarding process for new hires, creating a best-in-class experience.
- Process new hire paperwork for bi-weekly and weekly staff, including entering information into Workday for payroll and employment tracking.
- Support managers in setting performance goals, conducting evaluations, and providing feedback.
- Identify training and development needs and coordinate appropriate programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Champion initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Lead HR initiatives such as performance reviews, employee engagement surveys, and talent development programs.
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
- Participate in HR projects and contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and practices.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in an HR Generalist or a similar HR leadership role.
- Strong understanding of employee relations, performance management, and training and development practices.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and other HR-related software applications; experience with Workday is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all HR matters.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus.
