Mariani Enterprises, LLC is seeking a full-time Commercial Client Representative to join the team!

Job Summary: The Client Representative will be responsible for managing client relationships from initial sale through ongoing maintenance, acting as the main point of contact for commercial clients in the maintenance department. This role involves acquiring new clients, increasing department revenue, and providing detailed customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain close relationships with commercial maintenance clients
- Participate in onsite visits and walkthroughs with clients
- Inform clients of property issues and involve them in decision-making
- Manage communication with clients as a single point of contact
- Recommend additional services or enhancements to clients
- Prepare proposals, renewals, and contracts
- Monitor billing process and Accounts Receivable

Qualifications:
- 3+ years of sales experience in the commercial landscape industry
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Good attitude, punctual, teachable, and self-motivated
- Ability to prioritize job duties and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Business, Horticulture, Agricultural Science, Landscape Maintenance, Agronomy, Floriculture, Forestry, Plant and Soil Science, Environmental Design, Turf Grass, or Landscape Architecture.
- Proficiency in landscape terminology, plant materials, and installation techniques

Working Conditions:
The role involves physical activities such as standing, walking, reaching, and extended periods of sitting. Driving to various job locations is required. Occasional evening and weekend work may be necessary to meet client needs and deadlines.
